John was awesome. He was very prepared and the process played out exactly as he predicted. He is very honest and straightforward and did not play any sales games with me. He had a number of great ideas to sell the house, but he listened to my ideas as well. I love his flat fee commission schedule. His approach saved me about $9,000 in commissions.
