John and Vikie Chandler are a great team! Their flat fee business model makes so much sense in this day and age where every dollar counts; AND you receive all of the same benefits! Our house was priced using a solid market analysis and it was marketed well. John communicated with us regularly and let us drive the decision making while giving us plenty of advice along the way. John demonstrates professionalism in every interaction, is confident in his skill and experience and so were we.
