THE INSPIRATION

It All Starts With Vikie

The Inspiration for the name of the company is my wife Vikie. The “V” is for her – its actually her signature V. The “2” (Squared) refers to the exponential strength and affect she has on me and others she meets and knows. Vikie gives so much and asks so little. It was only natural when creating this company inspired by her, that those would be the underlying philosophies in everything we do.

John has been practicing real estate full time since 2004. He cut his teeth in real estate in one of the hottest markets ever known in this area. He also experienced one of the worst real estate markets. In each market, as the pendulum swung from a Seller’s market to a Buyer’s market, back to a Seller’s market again, always focusing on the clients’ interests has created great results and raving fans. The Market is dynamic so its important to be creative and nimble and adjust to the changing demands of the market and the ever-changing needs of our clients.
